1. Products

1.1 All items are subject to availability.

1.2 In the event that we are unable to supply an item we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and if you have already paid we will reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after we received you payment.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices displayed on the website do not include delivery. Upon receipt of your delivery address we will quote you a price including delivery.

2.2 Prices we quote you are valid for a maximum of 14 days.

3. Orders and payment

3.1 You are required to provide us with your complete personal details, including the accurate postcode of the delivery address.

3.2 Online payment is processed by PayPal. Through PayPal we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the 'Pay Now' button on the payment page you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions.

3.3 The price we have quoted you will not necessarily still be valid at the time you pay for it (for example if you try to buy something a year after we have given you the quote). We will issue a written confirmation of acceptance to you via the e-mail address you supplied. We are not bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.

4. Delivery

4.1 You will be advised of delivery charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your Order.

4.2 Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery. Please ensure that you have included the full delivery address, including accurate postcode and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.3 In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to the chosen recipient.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled prior to despatch of goods. To amend or cancel your order, please contact us by telephone (see contact page).

6. Disclaimer

6.1 We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the web site or service impossible or impractical.

6.2 We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages and any other consequential losses even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of your use or inability to access the web site and/or the service.
